黄勇平
黄勇平，男，1963年4月生，汉族，陕西柞水人，研究生学历，博士学位，研究员，博士生导师。1993年2月加入九三学社，1987年7月参加工作。第十四届全国人大代表。现任中国科学院上海生命科学院植物生理生态研究所环境生物学与分子生态学研究室主任。

研究方向
主要在家蚕功能基因组研究以及植物与昆虫间的相互关系方面从事基础和应用基础研究。
主要成就
家蚕幼足发育相关位点E-1的精细定位
家蚕同源异型突变体E在A2体节具有一对过剩幼足。这种表型是由单基因控制的显性突变，我们命名为E-1位点。为探讨家蚕E-complex基因与幼足发育的关系，我们利用图位克隆的策略试图分离E-1位点。E-1之前被定位于第6号染色体(Miaoetal.,2005)，我们用该染色体上5个E-1连锁SSR标记构建了一个低分辨率的遗传图，覆盖距离为39.5cM，用2396个体的BC1群体构建高分辨率遗传图。有4个标记与E-1紧密连锁，3个与之重叠，E-1附近发现重组率减少现象。用这些标记扫描BAC文库，寻找到一个跨越了E-1的BCA克隆。E-1位点被限定在一个220kb以内的区域，该区域包括abd-A基因和一个noncoding位点，iab-4。这些结果为揭示家蚕甚至是鳞翅目昆虫幼足发育的机制提供了重要的信息。
